What are sensory items and why are they helpful?
Sensory items help kids develop focus, fine motor skills, and calmness through play. They’re great for all children — especially those with sensory processing difficulties.
In moments of high emotions sensory items can provide a needed focus tool to calm an overstimulated nervous system.
In a child seeking high input a sensory item may give them the right input their body is craving helping them to feel more balanced and present.
Are your products suitable for all ages?
The age range varies significantly between products. We offer products for different age groups — from toddlers to teens. You can find age recommendations in each product description.
Are your products only for those with an official diagnosis?
Absolutely not! while our products are especially beneficial for neurodivergent people, our products are available for everyone
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or therapy centers?
Yes! We are happy to support educators and therapists. we offer special discounted pricing for large quantity orders.

What if my item arrives damaged?
No worries — just contact us! We’ll take care of it right away with a replacement or a refund.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your package, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Can I do local pick up instead of delivery?
At this stage we are only offering delivery. We will be holding Pop-Up locations in the near future. To be kept up to date on where you can find us be sure to follow our social media!
Can I use my NDIS Funding to pay for my order?
We can not give you a definitive answer as it is dependent on your individual plan. Best to speak to your plan manager or support coordinator who can advise you.
